Great time, would have been nice to have more staff at the pool.

Love the location and the resort. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. We love the area because it is more quiet than the Golden Zone/Malecon area.

There seems to be a significant difference in staffing the outdoor bar and pool area. We often had to seek out staff to order drinks and food. We eventually just started bringing our own drinks and food because we weren't being waited on.

Have stayed before and will definitely stay again!

The staff was always friendly and helpful, they even remembered us from a previous stay! The pool is heated and very clean, they do a great job keeping the pool area, chairs etc clean. The location doesn’t get any better than this!

Our room would occasionally get a sewer gas type smell.

Location is excellent.

The entry door needed to be lifted off the floor.it made a awful noise and I told them about it and they did nothing also the fan in the bathroom was annoying and needed changing again I told them and they did nothing about it.

The front desk staff was always helpful with my questions. Good location. HouseKeeping, always a great job. Clean rooms.

No outside jacuzzi. It would be nice to have a few washing machines and dryers on-site for people who have extended stays.
